By registering as a vendor on ArtOrganic.World, you agree to the following terms:
Role of ArtOrganic.World
ArtOrganic.World is a platform that connects vendors with buyers.
We do not act as a seller, reseller, or agent of your products.
All sales contracts are strictly between you (the vendor) and the buyer.
Vendor Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your product listings, pricing, and descriptions.
You are responsible for order fulfillment, shipping, returns, and customer service.
You must comply with all applicable laws regarding the products you sell.
Payments & Fees
Payments are processed through the marketplace system.
ArtOrganic.World may deduct marketplace fees or commissions as agreed.
Liability Disclaimer
ArtOrganic.World is not responsible for product quality, shipping issues, refunds, or disputes.
Any legal claims related to a product are the sole responsibility of the vendor.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts that violate this agreement or harm the reputation of ArtOrganic.World.
