These terms apply to everyone who browses, registers or buys on artorganic.world. By placing an order you accept them.
Who we are and what we do
artorganic.world is operated by ARTORGANIC.WORLD (see Legal Notice). We run an online marketplace where independent makers (“Sellers”) offer handmade goods to buyers (“you”). We provide the platform and process payments on the Sellers’ behalf. We do not make, own, stock or ship the products.
Who you buy from
When you place an order, the purchase contract is between you and the Seller, not artorganic.world. Each shop page shows whether the Seller sells as a business (trader) or as a private individual.
- Buying from a business Seller: EU consumer law applies in full, including the 14-day right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee.
- Buying from a private Seller: EU consumer protection rules generally do not apply to the sale. The Seller’s own return policy, shown on their shop page, applies.
Account
You need an account to buy or sell. Keep your login details private; you are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old to buy.
Orders and prices
- Prices are in euros and include VAT where the Seller is required to charge it.
- Shipping costs are shown before you pay.
- Your order is placed when you complete checkout. You receive a confirmation email with these terms linked. The contract is formed at that moment.
- A Seller may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or clearly mispriced. You then get a full refund.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. You can pay by card, iDEAL, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Your payment is taken when you place the order. artorganic.world collects it on the Seller’s behalf and releases it to the Seller after the order is completed. We never see or store your full card details.
Delivery
The Seller ships your order. The expected handling and delivery time is shown on the product page. If no time is given, the Seller delivers within 30 days. Risk of loss passes to you when you or someone you name receives the item.

Handmade goods and guarantee
Every item is handmade, so small differences in colour, size and finish from the photos are normal and are not defects. Business Sellers must still deliver goods that match their description and work as expected (the legal guarantee). If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact the Seller within 2 months of discovering the problem.
Complaints
- Contact the Seller first through their shop page or the email in your order confirmation.
- If you cannot reach an agreement within 14 days, email us at su*****@********ic.world with your order number. We will mediate and reply within 14 days.
- You can also take a dispute to the competent Dutch court or the court where you live.
Community and forums
Be respectful. No spam, hate speech, harassment, illegal content, or posting other people’s work as your own. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. You can report content to su*****@********ic.world.
Intellectual property
Product photos, descriptions and artworks belong to the Sellers who made them. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. The artorganic.world name, logo and site design belong to us.
Our liability
Because we are not a party to the sale, we are not liable for the quality, safety or legality of products, or for a Seller’s failure to deliver. We are only liable for damage caused by our own intent or gross negligence. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer.

Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order. Dutch law applies. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the mandatory protections of your own country’s law.
