If you buy from a business Seller, you can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This page explains how. Purchases from private Sellers follow the return policy on that Seller’s shop page.
The 14-day withdrawal period
The period starts the day after you, or someone you name, receive the item. If one order arrives in several parcels, it starts after the last parcel arrives.
How to cancel
- Tell the Seller within the 14 days, through their shop page or by email. Use the model form below or any clear statement. Please copy us at su*****@********ic.world.
- Send the item back within 14 days after you told the Seller, to the return address the Seller gives you.
- You pay the direct cost of returning the item, unless the Seller states otherwise on their shop page.
Your refund
- The Seller refunds you within 14 days of receiving your cancellation, including the standard shipping cost you paid. Extra cost for a faster delivery option you chose is not refunded.
- The Seller may wait to refund until they receive the item back or you show proof that you sent it, whichever comes first.
- The refund goes back to the payment method you used, at no cost to you.
Condition of returned items
You may inspect the item as you would in a shop. If it loses value because you handled it more than needed to judge it, the Seller may deduct that loss from your refund.
Items you cannot cancel
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- items made to your specifications or clearly personalised (commissions, custom sizes, names or text added);
- items that spoil quickly, such as fresh plants or food with a short shelf life;
- sealed items unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
Sellers mark these items on the product page before you buy.
Damaged or faulty items
This is separate from the withdrawal right. Contact the Seller within 2 months of noticing the problem and include photos. The Seller will repair, replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
